Access key
Your access key unlocks TGC after purchase. You'll enter it the first time you open the plugin, alongside your Swell credentials.
What is an access key?
A short code that proves you've purchased TGC. It starts with TGC- and looks something like TGC-A1B2-C3D4-E5F6.
Access keys are one per license. If you manage multiple stores, each needs its own key.
Where to find yours
Check the inbox you used at checkout. The key arrives in a confirmation email from hello@thegoodcommerce.com with the subject "Your TGC access key".
Can't find it? Contact support.
How to activate
When you first open TGC in Framer, you'll land on a welcome screen.
Click I have an access key
Paste your key into the first field
Enter your Swell Store ID and public API key (see Connecting Swell for where to find those)
Click Connect store
TGC validates the key against your purchase and unlocks sync and the component library.
Haven't purchased yet?
Click Get an access key on the welcome screen. It opens the TGC checkout. After purchase, the key lands in your inbox within a minute.
