About these terms

These terms govern your use of The Good Commerce ("TGC"), a Framer plugin operated by Nice Humans Bad Robots Pty Ltd (ABN pending), trading as The Good Commerce. By installing, accessing, or using TGC, you agree to these terms.

If you are located in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

What TGC provides

TGC is a Framer plugin that connects Swell ecommerce stores to Framer websites. It syncs product data to Framer's CMS for design purposes and fetches live data from Swell at runtime. TGC does not process payments, manage orders, or store customer data. Checkout is handled entirely by Swell.

Access and licensing

TGC is available as a one-time purchase at the price listed on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Upon purchase, you receive a unique access key. Each access key is valid for one Swell store and may be used across multiple Framer projects connected to that store. Access keys are non-transferable to other parties but may be reassigned to a different Swell store by contacting us at contact@thegoodcommerce.com.

You may not share, resell, or distribute your access key. Unauthorised sharing may result in the key being deactivated.

Free template

TGC offers a free remixable Framer template connected to a demo Swell store. The free template is provided as-is for evaluation purposes. It does not include access to connect your own Swell store. To connect your own store, you must purchase an access key.

Updates

Your purchase includes all future updates to TGC for as long as the plugin is actively maintained. We are not obligated to release updates on any specific schedule.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for genuine technical issues that prevent you from using TGC as described. Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.

To request a refund, contact us at contact@thegoodcommerce.com with your access key and a description of the issue. We may request reasonable evidence of the technical problem before processing a refund.

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Swell API credentials and access key. TGC uses your Swell public API key to fetch product data — never use a secret key in the plugin.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of TGC complies with Swell's terms of service and Framer's terms of service.

Intellectual property

TGC, including its components, code, and design assets, is owned by Nice Humans Bad Robots Pty Ltd. Your purchase grants you a licence to use TGC for your own projects. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell TGC or any of its components.

Designs you create using TGC belong to you.

Third-party services

TGC integrates with Swell and Framer. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services. If Swell or Framer change their platforms in ways that affect TGC functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to update TGC accordingly, but cannot guarantee compatibility.

Limitation of liability

TGC is a design and integration tool. We are not liable for any transactions, disputes, or issues between you and your customers. All payments, orders, shipping, and customer service are handled through Swell and are subject to Swell's terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to TGC is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Termination

We may deactivate your access key if you violate these terms, including sharing or reselling your key. You may stop using TGC at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the plugin or via email. Continued use of TGC after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
